Attention is a powerful catalyst for change, and often, the places we are stuck are the exact places we are not putting quality, sustained attention. We all let fear, doubt, shame, guilt and worry get in the way of investing this attention in ourselves. Many of us simply can’t, or won’t, do it alone.
Coaching is the act of hiring someone to help you put attention on aspects of your life where you want to effect change.
The kind of coaching I practice is called Desire-based fulfillment coaching. Change your relationship to your Desire, and your desire for relationship will change. Your relationship to your self, your sex, your romantic partnerships, your career, and well, everything, will change based on how willing you are to connect to your deeper Desire.
